I had to keep the old sdk around for a talk I was giving, and the talk is over so I've update my environment to the new 1.5 version. One slight problem is that there aren't any cupcake phones in Australia (at least that I have heard of) so I won't be able to test the application even when I think I've got it working in the simulator. I know it's selfish, but I made this app for myself, and if I can't use it then the rush to complete it is moved down a bit. If I had an android cupcake phone today, it would already be done.

I am working on it more than the iphone app now, but I can't give a good estimate on when it will be ready. I've also started looking at windows mobile 6. It really boils down to which type of phone I can get my hands on.

Hi Tom,
That might be something for a future addition, but it's a bit more complicated because of the way the CC-CEDICT file is made. But I'll look into it - I would like to have that ability as well.

I love it, but it would be nice to be able to translate English or Pinyin to the Chinese character. Is that possible in the future?
